FemTechConf 2020

Our mission since we started FemTechConf is to empower, educate and champion women and TGNC in the tech field.

Women currently represent less than 25% of those employed in IT and less than 1 in 4 tech founders. Femme representation within tech leadership is even lower, showing a serious problem not only within hiring but also within promotion of Femme in tech.

Through bringing together inspiring speakers and supportive organisations, we want to train and support the growth of those who are underrepresented and underestimated in the space.

FemTechConf brought together almost 10,000 women, TGNC and allies from across the Globe learning and networking together for a full day in our custom built web app: app.femtechconf.com. We received a satisfaction rating of 97% from our attendees and an average rating for the talks and workshops of 94%! We were grateful to be supported by incredible, forward thinking companies: RVU, AWS Amplify, Shopware, GoDaddy Pro, WPBuffs, Progress and Substrakt.
